A lightly sweet sparkling Vignoles that was produced to commemorate the 2024 Solar Eclipse.

A sparkling Brut Rosé wine that is well balanced and a perfect start to a warm sunny day. Although made predominately with our Estate Chambourcin grapes, to add complexity and finesse, we added a small percentage of both Cabernet Franc and Traminette, all showing off the best qualities of the Shawnee Hills AVA
